Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce – Main Street – Tourism Bureau is a non-profit, membership organization.  The primary goals/mission are to promote tourism, provide progressive leadership for economic and community vitality for the greater Ocean Springs, Jackson County area and gulf coast and to enhance local culture and preserve quality of life through planned growth, diversification and beautification.

In 1989, Ocean Springs became a national main street community designating the Chamber as the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce – Main Street.  Today, the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce – Main Street – Tourism Bureau is a non-profit, private organization located in the heart of downtown and not only serves to promote and preserve, but also informs as the official city’s visitor center. Ocean Springs Main Street became a recipient of the Great American Main Street Award in 2013.
